Gentle Hatha and Guided Meditations
Hatha Yoga is classic yoga! Connect back to the basics by warming up your body slowly, moving with breath through a variety of asanas (poses) designed to stretch and strengthen at a mellow pace. In this style of sequence, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated to calm your nerves, slow down your mind, and encourage your body to relax. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, mindfulness, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we explore the body’s range of motion with a mix of postures which can include: standing poses, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. At the end of the asana portion of the class, prepare to relax for a savasana based guided meditation.
You will leave the sessions feeling energized yet relaxed, clear-headed, and blissful!
Suitable for all levels and a great way to start with if you are new to the practice of Yoga and do not have any serious injuries, etc.

Regular meditation helps in relieving stress and improves the quality of sleep; which improves your quality of focus, clarity, and motivation in your daily life. Less stress means more happiness. You will live a happier and healthier life with a regular meditation practice. It creates a deeper body/mind connection and helps you to come from a calm, collected, and creative place. To teach you to respond instead of reacting to the world around you.
If you are new to meditation-I will work with you on the basics of and how to begin along with encouragement as it’s simple but not always so easy to do.
If you are experienced with meditation practices- I can hold a conscious container for you and take you on guided journeys through deep relaxation and speak to your subconscious creating a deeper body/mind connection.
I can build custom sequences and meditations within my expertise to suit your needs and desires.

- Can be split between two people (coming to the same lessons) small fee per additional person up to 8 more ( for a total of 10 max)
