What is Coaching?

Coaching is a unique opportunity to focus on goals and desires while being supported and encouraged in a safe container. It is a way of effectively empowering people to find their own answers while encouraging, guiding, and supporting them on the path of self-discovery.


Coaches help you identify and align your values, create a focus, cut through the clutter, and clear barriers and limiting belief systems, and they help you increase your personal fulfillment and success in creating the life you desire.

Sex, Lifestyle, & Relationship Coaching is everything stated above AND it’s also partnering with clients in a conscious, loving, compassionate and supportive way. This creates a conscious container for transformation that results in greater self-love, greater self-confidence, integration, and self-realization; all while staying focused on the clients achieving their goals and desires in alignment with the truth of their original essence. Basically, all sorts of juicy love, support, and sexiness here!


As a Sex & Relationship Coach, I am trained to do all of the things a Regular Life Coach can do AS WELL AS further training and expertise in the realm of Sex, Relationships & Wealth Consciousness. I am a Personal Trainer & Guide for your mindset and action plan.


What differentiates this from regular Talk-Coaching is that I also work with getting you out of your head and into your body through several methods, two of the main ones being:

What is Therapy?

Therapy is a long term-process (commonly years) of a client partnering with a health care professional that can diagnose and resolve deeply ingrained and problematic beliefs, behaviours, relationship issues, feelings, and sometimes even physical responses. Also known as counseling and/or psychotherapy. Here they focus on past traumas and issues to create support with self-destructing (and possibly harmful) habits and behaviours; repair and improve relationships and work through significant disconnect, intense hurt & painful feelings as well as inconsolable arguments, and among other deep-rooted issues. Therapy is an excellent tool for seeking support to get to baseline and creating a happy and more stable future to stand on.

As a Coach I can’t/don’t:

  • Do the work for you:  My job is to hold space and offer tools and provide support/guidance… The rest is up to you! 
  • Force you to do the work or drag you through kicking and screaming: I would view this similar to personal training at a gym. Your trainer doesn’t show up at your house, drag you outta bed, put weights in your hands and start moving your arms for you.. You have to show up and do the work or you won’t see the results.  Also keep in mind, similarly to working out, that results don’t happen overnight. They happen when you take consistent conscious action towards your goal and change the self-defeating habits that are hindering you from achieving success. If you aren’t getting results.. Chances are you aren’t showing up as much as you could or you may still be holding onto things that are no longer serving you.
  • Mediate quarrels & fights: I do however hold space with communication tools for things within reason to move past things that need to be discussed in order to move forward to the next level.
  • Work with deep trauma & deeply ingrained self-destructive harmful habits & acute mental disorders ( I do however have tools to support general anxiety and depression tendencies and soothe the nervous system).  There is a lot I can do and hold space for, but there are times that a therapist is more qualified for the job due to clients needing a deeper level of care than coaching training offers.  Therapists help support you in getting to baseline. (Resolving and deep-diving into the past, opening old wounds/trauma. Past-focused).  Coaches support you in finding blocks, letting go, and moving forward. ( things happened, now how do we move forward to get you the life/relationship of your desires? Future-focused)


As a Coach with an extra level of training in Sex, Lifestyle, & Relationship, I can/do support you by:

  • Helping you gain clarity on your goals & desires
  • Keeping you focused with your eye on the prize
  • Cheerleading you to kick-ass and take names!
  • Helping you to design the lifestyle you desire & who you need to be in order to step into it
  • Holding space and offering you tools & techniques to facilitate the transformation you desire
  • Encouraging you to determine what’s really important to you and help you stay focused on that
  • Helping you build delicious & conscious relationships with yourself, your lover, sex, & money!
  • Keeping you accountable (For many of us, having someone we answer to, motivates us to act)
  • Identifying blind spots/ blocks/resistance in a safe container and facing these with confidence
  • Calling you out on your BS (With loving intentions!) when necessary, keeps you from hiding behind excuses and resistances and claim the life you desire & deserve!
  • Identifying if your habits are healthy or hindering and then course correcting if necessary
  • Offering tools, techniques & processes to achieve a work/life balance
  • Building a Body/Mind connection for greater self-love, self-confidence, self-discipline, and all-around badassery
  • Offering you thought-provoking Homeplay practices, tasks & assignments to put what you are learning to use in your life and/or relationships and to create self-sustainability of these tools and skills in your life
  • Teaching you to create pathways to a happier you, because you are on track and living in the alignment of your true self
  • Giving you the tools to cultivate an exquisitely powerful and more confident sex life
